2.1 QwertyPOS offers a comprehensive mobile accounting solution to facilitate the management of sales, expenses, stock, customers, and the generation of financial reports.

2.2 Users may subscribe on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, with the potential to earn bonus days through referrals and ad engagements.

2.3 The app includes advertisements sourced from Google and QwertyPOS's proprietary advertising platform.

3. Customer Responsibilities and Obligations

3.1 Users are obligated to furnish accurate personal information, including but not limited to name, email, phone number, password, and country during the registration process.

4. QwertyPOS Obligations

4.1 QwertyPOS is committed to delivering secure and efficient accounting services to users.

5. Fees

5.1 Users may be subject to fees based on their chosen subscription plans, as outlined in the fee schedule provided by QwertyPOS.

6. Changes to the Services and Notices

6.1 QwertyPOS reserves the right to modify the app's features and functionalities, with users receiving prior notice of material changes.

7. Updates to Your Information

7.1 Users bear the responsibility of ensuring that their account information is accurate and up-to-date.

8. Content

8.1 Users agree not to submit inappropriate or unlawful content on the QwertyPOS platform.

9. Processing of complaints

9.1 QwertyPOS will diligently address and resolve user complaints in accordance with its established procedures.

10. Telephone Recordings

10.1 QwertyPOS may record telephone conversations for quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All intellectual property associated with QwertyPOS remains the exclusive property of QwertyPOS LLC.

12. Prohibited Usage & Conductc

12.1 Users shall refrain from engaging in any prohibited or unlawful activities while utilizing QwertyPOS.

13. Consent to Collection, Use, and Processing of Data

13.1 Users expressly consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal data in accordance with QwertyPOS's privacy policy.

14. Suspension

14.1 QwertyPOS reserves the right to suspend services under justifiable circumstances, providing reasonable notice to affected users.

15. Termination

24. Governing Law

24.1 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
