2.2 Users may subscribe on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis, with the potential to earn bonus days through referrals and ad engagements.
2.3 The app includes advertisements sourced from Google and QwertyPOS's proprietary advertising platform.
3.1 Users are obligated to furnish accurate personal information, including but not limited to name, email, phone number, password, and country during the registration process.
4.1 QwertyPOS is committed to delivering secure and efficient accounting services to users.
5.1 Users may be subject to fees based on their chosen subscription plans, as outlined in the fee schedule provided by QwertyPOS.
6.1 QwertyPOS reserves the right to modify the app's features and functionalities, with users receiving prior notice of material changes.
7.1 Users bear the responsibility of ensuring that their account information is accurate and up-to-date.
8.1 Users agree not to submit inappropriate or unlawful content on the QwertyPOS platform.
9.1 QwertyPOS will diligently address and resolve user complaints in accordance with its established procedures.
10.1 QwertyPOS may record telephone conversations for quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.
11.1 All intellectual property associated with QwertyPOS remains the exclusive property of QwertyPOS LLC.
12.1 Users shall refrain from engaging in any prohibited or unlawful activities while utilizing QwertyPOS.
13.1 Users expressly consent to the collection, use, and processing of personal data in accordance with QwertyPOS's privacy policy.
14.1 QwertyPOS reserves the right to suspend services under justifiable circumstances, providing reasonable notice to affected users.
15.1 Users may terminate their QwertyPOS account at any time. QwertyPOS reserves the right to terminate accounts for material breaches of these terms.
16.1 QwertyPOS retains the right to amend these terms, with users being notified of proposed changes in advance.
17.1 Users represent and warrant that they have the legal authority to enter into these terms and shall comply with all applicable laws.
18.1 QwertyPOS disclaims liability for certain damages. Users agree to indemnify QwertyPOS against any third-party claims arising from their use of the services.
19.1 QwertyPOS and users shall exchange proprietary or confidential information as reasonably necessary for the performance of their respective obligations under these terms.
20.1 QwertyPOS shall not be held liable for the failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to unforeseen events beyond its reasonable control.
21.1 Notices between QwertyPOS and users shall be communicated via email, SMS, or other designated means.
22.1 These terms do not establish a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between QwertyPOS and its users.
23.1 Disputes shall be resolved amicably, and in the event of unresolved disputes, parties agree to submit to arbitration in accordance with agreed-upon procedures.
24.1 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
